#4: Protect Your Date Nights

Your week should be full of a myriad of activities outside of work, including time with your loved ones and dedicated time for yourself. Schedule this time in your calendar to ensure it doesn't get overlooked.

To Do: Protect 3 "date nights" each week.

  1. Significant other, BFF or someone important who knows you well
  2. Your pet (or someone else's)
  3. Yourself

All 3 deserve your time and focus.
