People always ask the same question when I tell them I work 3.5 days a week: "How?"
They want the tactic. The calendar hack. The secret app.
The how is the least interesting part. What changed everything was the decision to stop treating my time like it belonged to other people.
I made that decision 36 months ago. And I've been running the experiment ever since.
The first thing 36 months taught me is that capacity is seasonal.
