If you've ever wanted to work in a building you never have to leave, then this week's Avant-Garde Offices star, YouTube, might just have the workplace for you. With an indoor pool, gym, free food and putting green, the glass building ensures employees can blow off steam and recharge on a whim.

Business Insider took a peek inside and captured the following photos of the YouTube office and its many perks. Among my favorites? The walking trail, which is used for "walk-and-talk" meetings, as well as the free employee gym. And the two-story slide, of course.
