We all need little reminders to help us stay inspired, creative and motivated. The infographic below from reminds us that it's the little things that keep us going.

First, you have to remember to stay healthy. Drink lots of water, get plenty of sleep and don't forget to exercise. This will make sure you are fresh and energized throughout the day.

Then, you have to do some planning. Every morning, make a list of the top three tasks you want to complete that day. While working on said tasks, work for 50 minutes and then take a 10 minute break to give your brain a rest. At the end of every day, take a few minutes to reflect.

Continue to build your knowledge to keep you inspired. You can do this by reading, browsing new research and tutorials online, and by doing your own brainstorming.

Lastly, remember the little things that make you happy. Think of something to be thankful for every day, keep your desk clean and tidy, and don't forget to make some time for play.
