Artificial intelligence tools can save us time when used with boundaries and integrity to what's most important to you. Or they can lure us into distraction, procrastination, and overwhelm.
One of the biggest KPIs I'm tracking as I experiment with AI is the return on time invested.
This is a mix of quantitative and qualitative measurement. Here are some questions I ask myself to figure out whether to keep working with an AI tool or abandon it:
