Ever since Zapier added OpenAI to its list of available integrations earlier this year, I've been dabbling with different ways to automate and streamline something I currently do every day:

  1. Scan hundreds of headlines
  2. Share a few articles on social media with a short caption
  3. Save a few articles to a Slack channel for me to read, digest, and incorporate into our Creative Intelligence reports

After iterating for weeks without a satisfactory solution, I've finally found a workflow for this that feels supportive and optimizes my time to focus on the things most important to me right now: sensemaking, relationship-building, and learning. Here it is.
