I saw a meme the other day that spoke the truth about how I use my smartphone. It poked fun at those of us that need to charge our phones so often that we have basically regressed to using landlines (because our phones are almost always plugged in to charge). The PompAdapter is seeking to make charging your gadgets a whole lot faster.
The smart adapter boasts being able to increase charging speed by 200%. This seems to have gotten folks pretty excited -- the company reached their IndieGogo goal in just two hours. At the time of writing this, they have reached 631% of their $3,500 goal.
The PompAdapter is compatible with both iOS and Android devices and allows you to use all your old cables. It looks like a little USB stick with a LED screen that shows your charging speed.
